The majority of PSF dollars are used locally after approval of local requests by state-level trustees or committee members. Local boards are able to fund local issues and candidates through REALTOR^® Candidate Political Action Committee (RCPAC), and REALTOR^® Issues Political Action Committee (RIPAC) monies.

Each local board has access to all Political Action Committee (PAC)s and committees (RIPAC, RCPAC). Local Boards are encouraged to submit funding requests to the committee or trustees of the PAC for use of the PAC Funds to either support/oppose ballot issues and referenda, candidates or issues.
