Legislative Policy Committee The Legislative Policy Committee
(LPC) is
comprised of volunteers from various REALTOR®
Boards and Associations from around the state. They meet
every Friday afternoon at the CAR offices during the
Legislative Session to discuss the bills and issues that
could be helpful or harmful to the real estate industry. CAR
takes the Committee's recommendations into account when
deciding to actively support or oppose a bill. |
