Provides information, training and resources to PPAR members and the general public to foster home ownership opportunities for citizens with low to moderate incomes. CARHOF is part of this committee - real estate and affiliate companies voluntarily fund the efforts of 501(c)3 organizations who fund affordable housing. Meets: With the Community Relations Committee the first Wednesday of the month at 9:00 am.
