Short Title: Share DORA Misconduct Information

Sponsors: Groff/Marshall

Authorizes the state commissioner of financial services to give information relating to the misconduct of persons regulated by the division of real estate to the division of real estate. Allows the division of banking and the state bank commissioner to inform a licensing agency within the department of regulatory agencies of possible misconduct by a person or entity licensed by said agency.
