Summary of HB08-1330
Short Title: Elect Water Conservancy Dist Board

Sponsors: Weissmann/Gordon

Requires all directors of a water conservancy district to be elected. Repeals the requirements that directors be knowledgeable in water matters and own real property in the district. Allows any registered elector who resides in a water conservancy district for at least 32 days to vote in an election to fill a vacancy for the district board of directors.
