Short Title: Notification Municipal Incorporation
Sponsors: Garcia
Whenever the number of registered electors within the territory that
is the subject of a petition for municipal incorporation is less
than a specified number of persons, requires notice of the filing of
the petition to be sent by first-class mail to each person owning
real property within the territory at the address shown for the
owner in the records of the county assessor's office. Specifies that
the notice shall include the name, address, and telephone number of
a contact person who is able to provide information on the petition
to the public.
