Amend printed bill, page 2, line 11, strike "INDEPENDENT," and substitute "INDEPENDENT"; line 12, strike "NOT-FOR-PROFIT"; line 17, strike "OR". Page 3, line 1, strike "BACK-UP; AND" and substitute "BACK-UP, OR IS CONNECTED TO A SYSTEM VIA AN ELECTRICAL PANEL; AND"; line 5, strike "ALARM AND VOICE SIGNAL" and substitute "ALARM, OR AN ALARM AND VOICE SIGNAL,"; strike line 19, and substitute the following: "PROTECTION ASSOCIATION'S STANDARD 720, OR ANY SUCCESSOR STANDARD, FOR THE OPERATION AND INSTALLATION OF". Page 6, line 3, strike "AND"; after line 3 insert the following: "(III) REPLACE BATTERIES OF ANY OR ALL CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS IF NOTIFIED BY A TENANT AS SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SUBSECTION (3) OF THIS SECTION; (IV) REPLACE ANY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM IF NOTIFIED BY A TENANT AS SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SUBSECTION (3) OF THIS SECTION THAT ANY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM WAS STOLEN, REMOVED, FOUND MISSING, OR FOUND NOT IN OPERATION DURING THE TENANT'S OCCUPANCY; AND".
