53 SB08-062 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to
54 the Committee of the Whole with favorable
55 recommendation:

1 Amend reengrossed bill, page 3, strike lines 4 through 6 and substitute
2 the following:

4 "THE COMMISSIONER'S POSSESSION TO A LICENSING AGENCY WITHIN THE
5 DEPARTMENT OF REGULATORY AGENCIES RELATING TO POSSIBLE
6 MISCONDUCT BY A PERSON OR ENTITY LICENSED BY SAID AGENCY.".

8 Page 4, strike lines 18 through 20 and substitute the following:
